The Energy Efficiency and Innovation Fund (EEIF) operates under the World Bank–financed Water Services and Institutional Support Project (WASIS). The Fund provides financial and technical support to Uzbekistan’s water utilities to modernize their infrastructure, reduce electricity use, and enhance service reliability through energy-efficient investments.
